Esau’s choice to sell his birthright is used as an example of ungodliness—a “godless” person who will put physical desires over spiritual blessings

By his negative example, Esau teaches us to hold fast to what is truly important, even if it means denying the appetites of the flesh.

Esau was complacent in his life and attitude toward God. Esau didn't have a heart to serve God.

This is often seen in us by a lack of joy, a lack of energy.

 

 

Seek God first with all your heart.And His blessings will be upon you.
